teamsun.us uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site overall. This page lists each one and explains how to control them.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website saves on your device. Cookies let the site recognize your device on subsequent visits — for example, to remember a form you started or to count unique visitors in aggregate without identifying you personally.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These cookies are required for the site to function. They cannot be turned off without breaking core functionality (form submissions, navigation between pages, security checks).
- Session cookie — temporary; expires when you close your browser. Tracks your active site session.
- CSRF token — protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
Analytics (optional — requires consent)
These tools help us understand how visitors use teamsun.us in aggregate — which pages get traffic, how visitors arrive, and where the bottlenecks are. Google Analytics loads only after you click Accept analytics on the cookie banner (or if you previously accepted). You can change your mind anytime by clearing site data for teamsun.us in your browser.
- Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-C7KT0S8016) — visitor counts and traffic sources. IP anonymization enabled. Loaded only with consent.
- Consent preference — stored in localStorage as
teamsun_cookie_consentso we remember Accept or Reject.
Functional
These cookies remember preferences you set on the site so you do not need to set them again on every visit.
- Form-state cookie — remembers what you typed in the Get a Quote form so a navigation away does not lose your inputs. Cleared after submission or 24 hours.
Cookies we do NOT use
- Advertising or remarketing cookies.
- Third-party social-media tracking pixels.
- Cross-site behavioral profiling tools.
How to control cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari — Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will prevent forms from submitting and may break navigation. Blocking analytics cookies has no effect on site functionality.
Do Not Track
teamsun.us honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported. We do not currently respond to the older Do Not Track (DNT) header because it has been deprecated by major browsers.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our cookie use changes. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
