Here is exactly what happens after you submit. Most homeowners get a written, Aurora-modeled proposal within one week of the first call.
A Teamsun designer calls you within one business day. We confirm your address, your utility, and roughly what you want — solar, battery, roof bundle, or all three.
We model your real roof, real shade, and real utility rate in Aurora. The output is a one-page proposal with panel and battery brand named on it.
A crew lead walks the roof, confirms the design, and pulls a load calculation on your electrical panel. About a week after your initial call.
No follow-up unless you ask for one. We do not run a credit pull until you decide to apply for financing. The quote is yours to sit with.
A 15-minute call, then a remote or on-site visit. Aurora-based design, panel and battery brand named on the proposal.
Permits filed, utility interconnection submitted, and equipment staged at our Bristol warehouse.
Local crew, local trucks. Most homes finished in 2 – 3 days. Final inspection scheduled before we leave.
PTO from your utility, ITC and rebate paperwork filed, and 25 years of local service after the system goes live.
On a typical $30K install in Connecticut, the total incentive stack lands between $13,000 and $17,000. We file every form with you.

“Teamsun was the only crew that walked the roof, named the panel brand, and answered every question without checking with someone. Same lead tech came back a year later when I added a battery.”
“Three of my neighbors had Teamsun, so I called them. The crew was on my street five days after I signed.”
“They knew the historic district secretary by first name. Saved us six weeks on permitting alone.”
“Same lead tech who installed it came back four years later to swap an inverter under warranty. No charge, no excuses.”
About 15 minutes for the initial call, then 30 – 60 minutes for the on-site visit if you decide to move forward. Aurora design takes 2 – 3 business days after the site visit. Total time investment from first call to a written proposal is roughly 1 week.
No — not for a quote. Credit is only pulled if and when you decide to apply for a loan or PPA. The Aurora-modeled proposal is yours regardless of credit standing.
Most homeowners do shop multiple quotes and we encourage it. The difference: Teamsun names the panel brand and battery brand on the proposal, files every state and utility incentive form for you, and sends a W-2 employee to install. Shop us against any national installer.
We are licensed in ME, NH, VT, and FL too. Mention your state on the form and we will tell you on the first call whether your address is within standard service radius.
Yes. Standalone battery installs (no solar required) qualify for the federal ITC and most state programs. Pick "Battery" on the form and we will model accordingly.
Equipment pricing is locked for 60 days from quote date. State and utility incentive math is locked through the next program-year cutoff (varies by state). We re-confirm both numbers with you before contract signing.
No. Our designers are paid the same regardless of which structure you pick (cash, loan, PPA, lease). The proposal is a document, not a closer call. If solar does not make sense for your roof, we will tell you and not waste your time.
Yes. The first 15-minute call is always remote. The on-site visit is required for the final proposal because Aurora needs accurate roof measurements. Some early-stage exploratory work can be done fully remote with satellite imagery.
